"One Smooth Stone to
Kill a Modern Goliath!"

A modern version of the ancient Philistines have their own warrior giant on their side, doing pitched battle against all that is right, good and proper.     For the moment they think this makes them invincible, and their arrogance is growing daily into a fevered pitch, as they taunt their intended victims, seeking to destroy their enemies without cause (innocent and poor people who happen to have whatever they want).

IKE the giants of old -- such as Goliath and his vicious brothers -- the modern monstrosity doing battle for the modern-day Philistines is a part human, part alien beast of entirely evil and destructive intent.

    This cannibalistic creature of our corrupt age likes nothing better than doing battle against, and defeating and devouring the lives of innocent, relatively powerless people who inadvertently stumble across its voracious path.

    We all know the story of the young man who risked going into battle where his older soldier brothers feared to dare, armed only with his slingshot (not the kind used by boys in recent times, but the kind once used to kill vicious wild animal predators in the field, and even men in battle),

    You have doubtless heard or read about how this young man named David chose five smooth stones from a stream bed, loaded one of them into his weapon and, with one carefully aimed shot, felled the warrior giant Goliath, striking him in the forehead (I Samuel 17:40, 48-50).

    David was not a little boy at the time, but he was not yet military age (which was 20 and up in his day), so he might have been 18 or 19, or perhaps just turned 20, but not yet having any military training or experience like his six older brothers (I Samuel 16:10; I Chronicles 2:13-15).

    David was old enough for the prophet Samvel to have already anointed him as the future king, prior to his battle with Goliath, and was called a man by one of the king's servants, who recommended David to serve the king as one of his armor bearers (I Samuel 16:11-13, 17-21).

    Who, today, qualifies as such a warrior; a man after our Creator's own heart (I Samuel 13:14; Jeremiah 3:15; Acts 13:22), who bravely does battle with the modern "Goliath" and "Philistines" of our age?

What Philistines?

    Anciently, the Philistines were a black warrior race of maritime invaders of Egypt (home of their brother race, the Mizraimites; Egypt being then known as "the Land of Mizraim," according to the original Ibreya scriptures; cf. Genesis 13:10, et seq.), from the Island of Crete (formerly known as Capthor; cf. Jeremiah 47:4 and Amos 9:7) who, after being driven out of Egypt, settled in what was thereafter briefly known as Canaan, named after the Canaanites, another black warrior race related to the Philistines and ancient Egyptians (Genesis 10:6-20). 

    Today some of the black, or misogynist (mixture of races) and Mexican or Chicano races, are descended from those ancient Philistines, Canaanites and Egyptians.

    What should concern us today, however, is not so much the apparent racial connections or descent, which could logically be disputed as not being 100% provable, but rather you should be far more concerned with who or whatever follows in the same spirit or heart of those ancient invaders, conquerers and warrior races, who constantly battled against their neighbors and other indigenous peoples living in the same land of Canaan, later Yasrael.

    Who are the modern Philistines, who defiantly oppose peace and harmony in the world today, even while posing as our "benefactors," or as philanthropists?

    What is the power they wield, and from where does their apparent strength arise? Who gives them their alleged authority, so-called "legitimacy," and ability to do battle against peaceful people?

What Goliath?

    The answer to the puzzle of who are the modern Philistines is wrapped inside the enigma of what is the contemporary Goliath.

    This part-human, part-nonhuman monstrosity, anciently, resulted from the (doubtless genetically engineered) cross-breeding of certain angelic (alien), non-human races with humankind (see: Genesis 6:1, 4), which finally resulted in the corruption of most forms of life on earth (verses 7, 11).

A Modern Monstrosity

(Nothing herein below should be taken as any sort of "legal advice" to anyone at any time!)

    Believe it or not, today such a part-human, part non-human creature exists which is devouring the lives of ordinary people, and their property, daily -- and almost no one recognizes this for what it is.

    Yet many are aware of the many troubles and great evils being perpetrated upon us today by these monstrosities, with the help of their"Philistine" partners in crime.

    Look at the skyline of any modern city of note, and you will observe these giants towering high above all else.

    Their insignias, or distinguishing trademarks, may clearly be seen upon most of their lofty, giant towers, otherwise called "skyscrapers" today.

    The "giants" of which I speak are artificial constructs, or organizations called corporations, which the legislatures and courts ("Philistines") of today have created and imbued with the status of artificial "persons" under the law.

    However, unlike human "persons," these types of "persons" are rarely, if ever, executed for their crimes (as though a group of people have the right to commit criminal acts with impunity that individual people cannot).

    This concept, of course, originated with military organizations and their massively destructive activities, which are now starting to be rapidly employed and deployed against their own national populations, to protect rising, newly despotic governments (such as the United States is swiftly becoming), and their corporate manipulators, from increasingly outraged citizens.

A Corporate Fraud

    Since the 1870s, and the rise of the monolithic railroad trusts, corporations have risen representing some of the most hideous, murderous, cutthroat league of international pirates and blood money profiteers on earth.

    These now include the entire weapons and "defense" industries (which are almost never seen as offensive, although that is mostly what they are and do), the medical and drug cartels, chemical and petroleum companies, transportation industries on land, sea and in the air, the food industries -- from corporate-run mega-farms to your local grocery, with all of the manufacturing, wholesale and distribution companies in between.

    Also the entire general merchandising, wholesale-retail industry, from clothing and fashion to electronics and hardware, building materials suppliers, the publishing, news reporting and entertainment industries, and the various "public" utilities, power and telecommunications conglomerates, to name only a few of the more important.

    Chief among these has been the rise of the colossal, and equally bestial monetary manipulators, from central banks and investment firms, to "local" banks, and from Wall Street stock exchanges to the lesser-known commodities exchanges in various states, and around the world.

    In fact, most governments today, from local county and state right up to the national federal level, now consider themselves to be "corporations." (In which case, who are their "share holders" to whom they are answerable?)

    These particular "corporate" clones are rapidly becoming the most intrusive, onerous, despotic and corrupt power centers, which often act as if they are above the law -- along with the countless agencies and "law enforcement" (which I have more accurately dubbed flaw enfarcement) forces, from your neighborhood traffic cop or highway patrolman up to the F.B.I., C.I.A., and all the paramilitary S.W.A.T. teams and commando units.

   Along with the National Guard and military branches, all of these are being used to increasingly enforce and impose draconian and endless legislation by tyrannical congress creatures, Executive Order decrees by presidential goons, and the dictatorial dictates of judicial tyrants.

    All of which is being done on behalf, and in favor, of the continued power-lust, excessive reach and oppressive, hurtful and massively harmful activities of all the other corporate monstrosities mainly, and particular seemingly "untouchable" individuals, some of whom are actually mass-murderers and war criminals, hiding behind the foundations and corporate fraud that underlies this entire stinking mess.

    Nearly the entire public has even been co-opted into this entire "corporate" scheme, through the massively deceitful, fraudulent and conniving effort called "identification," beginning with birth certificates, through social security numbers, driver's licenses, automobile registrations, insurance, bank accounts, taxpayer returns, utility and all other bills, including even all court process and documents.

    All of these have one strange feature in common which, once you recognize it, exposes the Achilles' heel of this monstrous giant, and its Philistine mockery and counterfeit of so-called "justice" today.

    That is the spelling of "your" name always with ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, as if you are nothing more than some sort of corporate creature or creation of the corporate state!

    However, just as corporation officers can sometimes be brought to trial for the misdeeds of a corporation (or for their personal actions in such a guise), the trick that lawyers, prosecutors and judges, court reporters and clerks and other officers of the court (including the police) are playing on the public has been to create a pseudo-corporate fake persona in what appears to be "your" name.

    This came about as corporate state, county and municipal courts have displaced lawful common law or constitutional courts (sitting in the same court rooms, posing as legitimate courts), since a corporation does not have any lawful right to sue any natural individual man or woman.

    Corporations can lawfully only sue other corporate entities.

    By court bailiffs calling out in court their all-capitalized corporate fraud "NAME," created by state actors for the very purpose of committing this fraudulent act -- and deceiving you into answering to said "NAME" -- you are basically being conned into standing as surety* to pay all the debts for that alleged "persona," to be determined by the court.

(*Surety - a person who takes responsibility for another's performance of an undertaking, e.g. to appear in court, or payment of a debt; become a surety; stand bail.)

Your Smooth Stone of Defense

    There is a "smooth stone" of cold, pure truth, lying in the "stream bed" of honest intent, that you can put into your "slingshot" of righteous purpose, with which you can "slay" the monstrous giant of fraudulent charges, false imprisonment, unjust property confiscation, and other evil activities of this modern Goliath and its Philistine co-conspirators in crime.

    That is to deny them the satisfaction of your cooperation in this entire pseudo-corporate swindle, by simply refusing to stand as surety for the alleged debts, "public" or otherwise, of the shill pseudo-corporation posing as "you" in all government (quasi-corporate) identifications and documents.

    So rather than answering "here" or "present," when "your" supposed name is called, you should instead say: "I refuse to stand as surety for the debts of that person!" (see: Proverbs 11:15, 17:18).

    All the better if, before doing so, you don't have any government-issued identification with picture and/or thumb print, or other biometric type of attempt to tie or bind you to their monstrosity.

    In any case, this puts both the burden of proof on them to claim you are the target of their efforts to make you pay their piper, or that they have stated a claim for which any just relief may be lawfully granted by the court.

    With this simple technique the burden will be upon the adversaries to prove they have standing to haul you, a non-corporate individual man or woman, before their quasi-corporate jurisdictions, to stand as unwilling security for the alleged debts of their shill, fraudulent, pseudo-corporate"person."

Truth or Consequences?

    In circuses of days gone by a shillaber was a decoy who pretended to patronize a grifter or barker, being the first to push forward and pay "their money," to entice others to follow suit and part with their money under the illusion of group or crowd "approval" or action.

    Today, court bailiffs and reporters, lawyers, judges and court clerks, have taken upon themselves this same nefarious activity, based on fraudulent conversion, deceit, and the crafty, cunning libels where a NAME, seemingly yours, is called verbally trying to trick you into answering as surety for that alleged "person."

    If you do so, you will end up paying all the penalties, fines and perhaps far worse -- up to prison or jail time, and the character assassination label, or libel, of "felon" forever after -- for libelous false accusations of often quasi-corporate state "plaintiffs," which are actually just fictional non-entities, in equally fictional jurisdictions.

    So long as you "play along" with this game, through ignorance and misplaced trust in "the system," in their scheme, you will be subjected to all their unconstitutional dictates, whims, caprice and even despotic usurpations.

    They do this by means of assumed adhesion "contracts," through your tacit "approval" (i.e. what you allow, and do not vocally and actually oppose, is assumed to be your will to contractually abandon, rescind or forsake all constitutional rights in opposition thereto).

    In other words, you are perfectly free to give up your liberty voluntarily, in return for licensing or servitude, any time you wish; such as when you sign any government document with an "under penalties of perjury" clause intact -- without first striking through it and initialing the change before and after the strike-through.

    Unless you do this, you effectively are waiving your constitution right nor to later be forced to give evidence or testimony against yourself (whatever you write on such forms) in any court of law, at any future date, in any cause of action that might be brought against "you."
