13 Moses said to the Almighty One, "Suppose I go to the sons of Yasrael and say to them, 'The Almighty One of your fathers has sent me to you;' and they ask me, 'What is His name?' then what should I tell them?"

14 The Almighty One said to Moses, "Tell the sons of Yasrael 'hayah [I am] who hayah [I am].'   This is what you are to say, 'The hayah [I am] has sent me to you.'"

15 Again the Almighty One said to Moses, "You will tell the sons of Yasrael Yahveh, the Almighty One of your fathers -- the Almighty One of Abraham, the Almighty One of Yatsaq and the Almighty One of Ya'acob -- has sent me to you.'   This is my name forever, the name by which I am to be remembered from generation to generation."
